For some companies I am allowed to share my work (but you always need to confirm your confidentiality beforehand via mail), and for others I have on my own observed dynamics and things from outside (without inside information), but either way I prefer to ask for permission before sharing my thoughts about their business. Concept development & Brand Strategy – my own project 2019 – ongoing

It’s an ongoing project which goes slow due to my priorities right now. I work on an idea my mom and I got in 2017. In 2021 some people wanted to join the project and I agreed. I decided to work full time on it for some months, after we became a team, and my role was to coordinate within internal (and some external) -processes, product research & development, to create a brand strategy and with sparring from a team member we created and described the concept – him being a kind of mentor to me in that process. The whole team held meetings circa 1 time each second week where everybody contributed with opinions and ideas.

Brand Strategy – expansion for an already established company 2021

I looked at the communication and services of the company and I then tried to combine the already established services with a new market. The aim was to create a corporate strategy which could intensify the already established focus of the company, but at the same time augment their business, and also at the same time create a stronger brand.

Brand Strategy input for an agency – 2020

For an agency I followed one month in an internship. Beside attending meetings and contacting relevant customers, I decided to make a strategy for the agency. This is just a start to be followed up. I made a strategy for how to position the Agency and I tried to create a portfolio-overview of the brands the Agency worked with.

Brand Strategy for an entrepreneurship in the food business – 2020

Beside the strategy I too did B2B sales and observed meetings, sales and intern factors.

This work is only a starting point, but I prioritized to do this due to observations of no deeper reflections about, what was their unique value and why the end consumer wanted to choose them instead of competitors – with future threats regarding competitors. Added to that there was no shared / written strategy intern, but too much in one person’s head.

With a written/visual shared strategy, my intention was to make it easier to distribute responsibility & autonomy with less (small) questions and a low risk of external mis-communication due to: 1. A common understanding of the brand value 2. The strategy of positioning the brand & knowing the target customers 3. The brand goal – how the brand wanted to be positioned in the consumers mind.

Beside, the intention of selling the product to other countries called for a general Brand Strategy, which I could adapt to the new country – to keep a sort of red thread. What I did – roughly speaking:

  1. An overview of the activities in the business
  2. A general Brand Strategy for the Danish market
  3. An adaption to the North Italian market
